The Rowbuy Spreadsheet, sorted for American and Canadian shoppers
Rowbuy quoted parcels to two countries when we tested its estimator in October 2026, so this catalog is built for those two: shelves grouped by the North American year, Chinese sizes turned into inches, and every price tied to the day we read it.
Results come back as product cards with photos, yuan prices and the source marketplace.

Shelves for a North American closet
Sixteen catalog shelves in three groups: what you buy before the cold arrives, what you wear once it lifts, and the shoes and small goods that ride along in either parcel. Each tile opens the live shelf. The line under the name is the first thing we would check for a US or Canadian order from that shelf.

Two countries on the Rowbuy price list
When we ran Rowbuy's public freight estimator on October 22, 2026, it returned prices for exactly two destinations. The United States had two air lines, priced one yuan apart. Canada had one. France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom all came back empty, even though a Rowbuy help article says it ships worldwide. That gap is the reason this catalog is written for North American buyers and nobody else.
United States
- Lines with a price
- 2
- 1 kg parcel
- CNY 174 or 175
- 3 kg parcel
- CNY 330 or 335
- Quoted transit
- 7 to 11 days
- Volume divisor
- 6000
Canada
- Lines with a price
- 1
- 1 kg parcel
- CNY 101
- 3 kg parcel
- CNY 243
- Quoted transit
- 7 to 11 days
- Volume divisor
- 8000
The Canadian line came out cheaper at both weights we queried and at every weight its rules produce, and it is kinder to bulky boxes because it divides volume by 8000 instead of 6000. The US lines start at CNY 135 for the first 500 grams, which makes a lone T-shirt expensive to send and rewards packing several items into one box.

From a Rowbuy login to your porch, in seven stops
Rowbuy describes its own process in five steps. We split it into seven, because two of its steps hide a payment each and North American buyers tend to stumble at exactly those points. You open an account with an email and a password. You paste a Taobao, 1688 or Weidian link, or upload a photo. You pay for the goods plus the seller's delivery to the warehouse. You look at free QC photos of your actual item. You pick the approved items and pack them into one parcel. You choose a line and pay for international shipping. Then you track the box and, if something arrives broken, take it up with support.

What this Rowbuy Spreadsheet helps you choose
This Spreadsheet groups product listings by category and season so you can compare photos, source links and dated yuan prices. It does not take payment or approve a parcel. Use it to shortlist an item, verify the selected size and colour on the listing, then carry that choice into Rowbuy’s order process.
Rowbuy is the agent this catalog is built around. It is a shopping agent that pays the Chinese seller for you, collects the parcel at its own warehouse in China, photographs the piece and sends it abroad. Its search bar, shown below in our own screenshot from October 23, 2026, takes a pasted link or a photo. The three grey icons stand for Taobao, 1688 and Weidian; the camera opens image search.

Three charges, two checkouts, one currency
Rowbuy splits an order into three charges. The goods charge is the seller's price plus the seller's delivery to the warehouse, and you pay it when you submit the order. The service fee covers purchasing, handling, QC and storage; Rowbuy names it but publishes no rate. International shipping comes last, after the QC photos, when you send the packed parcel on its way.
Everything is billed in US dollars. On October 21, 2026 the site's rate feed read 1 CNY = 0.1476 USD, which turns a CNY 240 pair of shoes into roughly $35.42 before the service fee and the flight. Canadian cards are charged in USD, and the bank picks the CAD rate.

Pictures from the warehouse shelf, taken before takeoff
Before anything leaves China, Rowbuy photographs the item it received and asks you to approve it. The photos are free; how many you get is not stated anywhere public. This is the cheapest moment to catch a wrong size or a damaged piece, because a return to the seller is still a domestic trip.
What to look at depends on the shelf. A puffer needs even baffles and the right hood trim. Sneakers need the size label you ordered. Jeans need a tape measure across the waist. We keep a shelf-by-shelf QC checklist on the QC page.

Use the parcel, currency and size calculators
Choose the tool for the uncertainty you need to settle. Parcel cost needs weight and all three box dimensions; the order total needs the exact yuan option price and known fees; the size reader translates units so you can compare the seller’s measurements with something that fits. The rate-based tools use dated readings, and a unit conversion is not a fit guarantee. Check the assumptions on the calculator page before using an answer as a budget.

Five minutes of checking before the goods payment
A North American order is won or lost before the goods payment, in a handful of checks. The destination has to be a US or Canadian address. Perfume, batteries, aerosols and liquids are on Rowbuy's barred list, so the perfume shelf is for looking only. Sizes should be compared in centimeters against clothes you already own. Your card has to accept an international charge in USD. Duties are set by your own country and land on you.

Coupons, notices and a very small Discord
Rowbuy's homepage carries four banners and three short notices, all dating from late June 2026. New accounts get a shipping coupon bundle whose value is not published. A Lucky Wheel hands out 10 to 40 percent off international shipping, valid for 15 days. Every account is also an affiliate earning 5 to 8 percent of referred buyers' shipping fees. The only social channel is a Discord server, which had four members when we checked on October 22, 2026.

Who keeps this catalog, and why it is independent
A few editors who spend their working days inside agent dashboards and product catalogs put this site together. We are not Rowbuy and have no deal with it: there is no promo code here, and the sign-up button goes to Rowbuy's plain registration page. Outbound shelf and product links include a source tag, which is how we learn which shelves get opened.
Why this site exists: Rowbuy is a new storefront with thin documentation, and the facts a buyer needs are scattered across a help center, an estimator and footer pages that contradict each other. We collected them, dated them, and said where they disagree. Corrections go to [email protected].
