Rowbuy Spreadsheet calculators: parcel cost, order total and size reader
Three small tools that do the arithmetic Rowbuy's pages leave to you, using its own rate rules and exchange rate.
Working the three calculators
Each tool has a short form and a button, and the answer appears in the yellow box under it. The parcel tool needs a weight and a box size. The order tool needs prices in yuan and, if you have them, the service fee your Rowbuy account shows and your bank's exchange rate. The size reader takes a label or a measurement. Defaults are filled in so you can press the button and see a worked example first.
Run the defaults once to learn the output, then replace every input that describes your order. Grams belong in the weight field and centimetres in each box field; an unpacked item’s dimensions are not the finished carton. Keep the returned estimate with its reading date and compare it with the eventual account quote. Shipping guidance explains the line restrictions that arithmetic cannot check.
The arithmetic happens on your own device. Your entries never leave the page, and it keeps working offline once loaded.

Parcel cost on the US and Canada lines
This shipping calculator applies the rate rules Rowbuy's estimator returned on October 22, 2026: for the US, CNY 135 for the first 500 grams and then CNY 39 or 40 per 500 grams, volume divided by 6000; for Canada, CNY 30 per parcel plus CNY 7.10 per 100 grams, volume divided by 8000. It bills the larger of actual and volume weight, rounded up the way the rules specify.
Treat the result as an estimate. Rowbuy finalizes the fee on the weight and size the carrier verifies after packing, and the rate tables may change after our reading date.
Order total in dollars
Goods and seller shipping are converted at Rowbuy's posted rate of 0.1476 USD per yuan (October 21, 2026). Leave the service fee blank if you do not know it yet; the tool will say it is missing rather than guess. Canadian buyers can add their bank's USD to CAD rate to see a statement figure.
Example: two ¥80 items with ¥12 seller delivery start at ¥172 before the other costs. Enter 80 as unit price, 2 as quantity and 12 as seller shipping, rather than entering 172 as the unit price and multiplying it again. Keep an unknown service fee blank. The fee breakdown explains why an incomplete total must remain a subtotal.
Size reader for labels and feet
Type a Chinese label like 165/88A or 180/96B and the tool turns the height and chest or waist into feet and inches. Add a flat measurement from a seller chart to get the full circumference. Add your foot length to see the nearest EU, US men's and US women's shoe sizes from a common conversion table; brands differ, so match the seller's own chart if there is one.
A label such as 175/92A describes a sizing system; it does not mean the garment itself is 92 cm around. Compare the seller’s garment measurement in the same units and allow for the fit you want. For a flat chest width, use the circumference conversion only when the measurement really runs across half the garment. See listing and size checks before choosing an option.
Where the numbers come from
The rate rules were read from the responses of Rowbuy's own estimator for 1 kg and 3 kg parcels on October 22, 2026, and checked against the prices it showed: CNY 174 and 175 for 1 kg to the US, CNY 101 for 1 kg to Canada. The exchange rate is Rowbuy's feed from October 21. The shoe table is a general conversion, not a Rowbuy figure. When Rowbuy changes any of these, the tool will be wrong until we update it, which is why every result carries its date.
