Rowbuy offers four routes. The help center is one page of fourteen short articles that open when you click a title. The on-site chat sits behind the headset button on the right edge of every page and suits questions about a particular order. Email goes to the address on the contact page, [email protected], which lists weekday hours of 9:00 to 17:00 Eastern and asks for one to two business days on urgent questions. And there is a Discord server, reachable from a homepage banner.

For anything involving money or an item already in the warehouse, use the chat or email so there is a record tied to your account. Discord is better for general questions, though with four members on October 22, 2026, answers may be slow.

Here is what each official article actually covers, so you know which one to open.

What is Rowbuy and how it works: the five-step model and the US operator claim.
How to place an order: pasting a link or uploading a photo, then paying for goods plus local shipping.

Agent glossary for Rowbuy orders

Twelve terms you will meet on rowbuy.com, in buyer forums and on this site.

QC photos: Pictures the warehouse takes of your actual item before it ships. Free on Rowbuy; the count is not published.
GL / RL: Forum shorthand. GL approves an item once you have seen its QC photos; RL turns it back.
Domestic shipping: The seller's delivery from their store to Rowbuy's warehouse inside China. Paid with the goods.
Line: One of Rowbuy's delivery routes, each priced from its own table with its own transit estimate. Two served the US and one Canada.
1st weight unit: The minimum weight every parcel is charged for: 500 g on the US lines. Rowbuy's estimator explains it in its own FAQ.
Volume weight: Box volume in cubic centimeters over 6000 (US lines) or 8000 (Canada). Billed when it outweighs the scale reading.
Consolidation: Packing several approved items into one parcel so you pay one first weight unit.
Fill&buy: Rowbuy's form for links from sites other than Taobao, 1688 and Weidian.
Forwarding: Sending goods you bought yourself to Rowbuy's warehouse so it can ship them on.
Stored: Order status meaning the item is sitting in the warehouse and can be selected for a parcel.
Top up: Adding money to your Rowbuy balance ahead of time for quicker checkout.
Spreadsheet: A browsable catalog of products from Chinese marketplaces, grouped by shelf, like the one on this site.

Rowbuy pages to read with care

Some pages on rowbuy.com come from the shared template rather than from Rowbuy. The footer links for Service and Fees, Returns and Refunds, and the privacy page under /blog describe a flag shop's retail terms, including a 30-day return window for flags. The Beginner's Guide in the footer is a generic six-step online store checkout, not the agent process. A common FAQ page gives shipping times that do not match the estimator. When those pages disagree with the help center, we follow the help center.
