The Rowbuy order guide, login to doorstep, for US and Canadian addresses
Seven steps in the order you meet them, with Rowbuy's public pages photographed on October 23, 2026 and the logged-in screens described in words. Those steps now also carry phone-screen drawings of our own, each marked as an illustration rather than a Rowbuy capture.
Three facts that shape every step
Rowbuy's help center explains its process in five short steps and fourteen short articles, none of them with pictures. This guide puts the same process in the order a buyer in the United States or Canada actually meets it, with our own screenshots where the page is public and a plain description where it sits behind a login. For steps three to seven we added drawn phone screens built around four picks from this catalog, so the numbers in them can be checked against the text.
Three facts shape everything below. Rowbuy bills in US dollars. When we tested its estimator on October 22, 2026, it priced parcels to the US and Canada and nowhere else. And it publishes no service fee rate, no free QC photo count and no warehouse city, so a few numbers you might expect here are simply not public.
Open a Rowbuy account
Step one of seven
The sign-up form wants an email address, the same password entered two times, plus an optional invite code. No Chinese phone number is needed. Google, Facebook, LINE and Discord sign-in are offered as well. Two details worth knowing: the links to the User Registration Agreement and User Statement under the checkbox pointed nowhere when we looked (they were empty links), and on October 23, 2026 the browser tab on the sign-up page still carried another storefront's name, a leftover of the shared software Rowbuy runs on.
Registration triggers a new-user shipping coupon bundle. Rowbuy does not say what it is worth. The invitation code box matters for one more reason: Rowbuy's Lucky Wheel terms give a new account one spin if any influencer's invite code is entered.

Hand Rowbuy the listing
Step two of seven
Find the item on a shelf of this catalog, open the product page and copy its Taobao, 1688 or Weidian link. Paste that link into the bar at the head of any rowbuy.com page, choose color, size and quantity, and add it to the cart. If all you have is a screenshot, the camera button runs an image search for the original listing.
Links from other places, such as Xianyu, Xiaohongshu, Pinduoduo or Yupoo, go through the Fill&buy form instead. There you fill in the link, a product name, the specification (for example color: red), notes for the buyer, an optional photo, the unit price in yuan, the quantity and the seller's domestic shipping. The form allows a guess: with no known price, you may type any amount below CNY 10 and the agent settles the real figure later. Its disclaimer adds that returns on these orders are not accepted unless there is a quality or seller problem.

Settle the goods bill in dollars
Step three of seven

Your opening payment buys the item plus the seller's delivery to Rowbuy's warehouse in China. It is charged in US dollars when you submit the order. Rowbuy accepts international credit and debit cards and lists other options at checkout; the footer shows PayPal, Visa and Mastercard logos, and there is a top-up balance for faster checkouts.
If a card is declined, Rowbuy's own advice is to check that it allows international or online payments, then call the bank or try another method. US cards are charged in their home currency. Canadian cards see a USD charge converted by the issuer, often with a foreign transaction fee on top.

Approve or flag the warehouse pictures
Step four of seven

Once the seller's parcel reaches the warehouse, Rowbuy photographs the actual item and tells you the pictures are ready. You review them in your account and either approve, which moves the item into the pool you can ship, or raise a concern. Rowbuy says it will contact you first if staff spot a problem themselves.
This is the cheapest place to fix a mistake. A wrong size or a damaged piece can still go back to a seller inside China; after the parcel leaves, the same fix means an international return. Take your time here, and use the shelf-by-shelf checklist on our QC page.

Bundle approved pieces for one flight
Step five of seven

Approved items wait in the warehouse. Rowbuy's homepage says storage is free for the first 90 days, with items held up to 120 days; its help article on storage is vaguer and talks about parcels moving toward shipping soon after arrival. When you are ready, select the items and submit them together as one parcel.
Packing several items together is where most of the saving lives on the US lines, because every parcel pays CNY 135 for its first 500 grams. The Forwarding page, which handles parcels you buy elsewhere and send to Rowbuy yourself, shows the same stages as a progress bar: confirm the order, submit the parcel, pay international shipping, wait for delivery.

Pick a route north and settle the freight
Step six of seven

Submitting the parcel brings up the lines available for your address. For the US the estimator showed two, priced CNY 1 apart per 500 grams; for Canada it showed one. Each quoted 7 to 11 days. The fee is based on the larger of actual weight and volume weight and is finalized against what the carrier measures. Shipping coupons apply at this step.
Before paying, run the parcel through Rowbuy's public estimator or the parcel calculator on this site, which uses the same rate rules. If the price looks high for the weight, the box is probably the problem; ask whether lighter packing is possible.

Follow the tracking number and handle damage claims
Step seven of seven

After payment the parcel gets a tracking number you can follow from your account. Import duties and taxes are charged by your own country, not by Rowbuy, and you pay them. If a box arrives damaged or never arrives, Rowbuy wants a message to support carrying the order number and photos so it can help file a claim; refund timing depends on the seller and the carrier.
One small extra: each parcel marked delivered earns a spin on the Lucky Wheel, worth 10 to 40 percent off a future parcel's international shipping and valid for 15 days.
