Every Rowbuy Spreadsheet shelf, arranged by season and fit

Sixteen catalog shelves, the searches we use for things without a shelf, and the notes a US or Canadian order needs before the link goes into Rowbuy.

The full shelf index

Every tile opens one live shelf of the product catalog. The groups follow the North American year rather than the catalog's own order, because what you need in Minneapolis in November is not what you need in Phoenix in June.

Search shortcuts for things without a shelf

The catalog has sixteen shelves, but plenty of everyday clothing has no shelf of its own. Shorts sit inside other categories, thermal layers are scattered, and a down vest may be filed as outerwear or as a top depending on the seller. For those, a search works better than a shelf. Each button below runs a plain search and returns product cards from every shelf at once.

Cold-weather searches

Warm-weather searches

Shoe searches

Small-goods searches

Search terms in English worked for all of these when we tried them on October 23, 2026. Results mix sellers, so two cards with the same photo can come from different stores at different prices; the product page shows which store each one belongs to.

How this catalog maps onto a North American year

A parcel from a Chinese warehouse does not arrive overnight. The one published number in the chain is the 7 to 11 days the US and Canada lines quote for the flight and delivery. Before that, the seller has to send the item to Rowbuy's warehouse, the warehouse has to log it and take photos, and you have to approve them. None of those stages has a published duration, so we plan as if they take as long again as the flight.

That pushes buying earlier than most people expect. A jacket for the first cold snap in the northern states or the Prairies is a September order, not a November one. Chinese holidays matter too: around Lunar New Year (January or February) many sellers stop shipping for a week or more, and the National Day week in early October slows things again.

Shelves that stop at the Rowbuy warehouse

Two shelves on the wall cannot complete a Rowbuy order to North America, and two more need a question to support first. Rowbuy's help article on prohibited items puts perfume in the dangerous-goods group and says it should go by sea where available; the only lines the estimator offered for the US and Canada are air lines. The same article bars batteries and power banks, aerosols, nail polish, alcohol-based cosmetics, lighters, knives, food, seeds and powders.

So the perfume tile is there for browsing and price checks. On the electronics shelf, cases, cables and charging pads without a battery are fine, while earbuds and anything rechargeable are not. A quartz watch runs on a small battery; Rowbuy's list does not single watches out, so ask support before paying. Gold and gemstones count as valuables and are barred, and one Rowbuy page adds jewelry to its restricted list, so ask before buying any.

Price ranges, cover photos and other card signals

A card on any shelf tells you three things at a glance: a cover photo, a price in yuan and the marketplace it comes from. Open it and you get the full photo set, the option names in the seller's own words and the original listing link. That link is what Rowbuy needs.

Rowbuy takes Taobao, 1688 and Weidian links directly in its search bar. A listing from anywhere else goes through its Fill&buy form, where you key in the price and the seller's shipping yourself and Rowbuy checks them afterwards. A price range on the card is a warning, not a discount: the cheapest number belongs to one option, often not the one in the cover photo.

Four deeper shelf guides

Each group on the wall has its own page with hand-picked product cards, sizing notes in inches and the shipping quirks of that kind of item.

  • Cold-season shelves: jackets, hoodies, sweatpants and beanies, and why a puffer bills on its box.
  • Warm-season shelves: tees, jeans, jerseys and womenswear, with the jeans measurements listings skip.
  • Footwear: sneakers and shoes, foot length in millimeters and what a shoe box does to the bill.
  • Accessories: bags, belts, eyewear, jewelry, watches and gadgets, and which of them Rowbuy will not fly.
