Fourteen short answers, each tied to the Rowbuy page and the day it was read.
Answers about shipping, money and Rowbuy itself
These are the questions readers send most often about ordering through Rowbuy from the United States or Canada. Every answer carries the date we checked it, because Rowbuy is new and its pages change.
Does Rowbuy ship to the United States and Canada?
Yes. Its estimator priced two lines to the US and one to Canada on October 22, 2026, each quoting 7 to 11 days.
Does Rowbuy ship to the UK or Europe?
Not that we could find. France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom returned no priced line in the estimator on October 22, 2026, although a help article says Rowbuy ships worldwide. Ask support for a written quote first.
What does it cost to send 1 kg to the US?
CNY 174 or CNY 175 depending on the line, about $25.68 to $25.83 at Rowbuy's October 21 rate, before any coupon.
What does it cost to send 1 kg to Canada?
CNY 101, about $14.91, on the single Canada line.
What is Rowbuy's service fee?
Rowbuy says a service fee covers purchasing, handling, QC and storage, but no rate or amount was published on any public page as of October 23, 2026. It shows in your account before you pay.
Can I pay in Canadian dollars?
No. Rowbuy bills in US dollars. A Canadian card is charged in USD and the bank converts it.
What is the free QC photo allowance?
Rowbuy promises free QC photos of your actual item but does not publish how many.
How long can items stay in the warehouse?
The homepage says up to 120 days, with the first 90 days free. The charge after day 90 is not published.
Can I order perfume through Rowbuy?
Not to North America on the lines we saw. Rowbuy classes perfume as air-dangerous and suggests sea freight where available, and the US and Canada options were air lines.
Who runs Rowbuy?
Its contact page names FLAGAHOLICS LLC in Massachusetts, while the site footer names a Shenzhen company with a Chinese ICP number. We print both.
Is there a Rowbuy promo code on this site?
No. We have no Rowbuy code. New accounts receive Rowbuy's own new-user shipping coupons automatically.
Does Rowbuy buy from 1688 and Weidian as well as Taobao?
Yes, all three by link or image search. Other sources go through the Fill&buy form.
Who pays import duties?
You do. Rowbuy's customs article says duties and taxes are set by your own country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Is this site run by Rowbuy?
No. It is an independent catalog and guide with no connection to Rowbuy.
The figures behind these answers
