Prices are what the catalog listed when we read it on October 23, 2026, in yuan, before Rowbuy's service fee and shipping. A range means the option menu holds several versions at different prices.
Foot length first, then the label
Most shoe listings on Taobao and Weidian give EU numbers, and some add the inside length in millimeters. The millimeters are the useful part. Stand on a piece of paper, mark your heel and your longest toe, and measure. A 26 cm foot sits around EU 41, US men's 8 and US women's 9.5, but brands disagree by half a size or more, so match millimeters to the seller's own chart whenever one exists.
If you are between two lengths, round up for running shoes and boots, where toes need room, and look for a seller note on fit for court shoes and slides.
What the shoe box does to the shipping bill
A pair of sneakers in its box is a dense item in a stiff container. A shoe carton 36 cm long, 24 cm wide and 13 cm deep works out to 1.87 kg of volume weight on the US lines and 1.40 kg on the Canada line, so if the shoes themselves weigh 1.2 kg, the box is what you pay for.
Some buyers ask the warehouse to drop the shoe box. Rowbuy does not publish a box-removal option; its parcel services list on the forwarding page showed one item, a free unpack-and-count. Ask support before assuming it can be done, and expect the shoes to travel with paper or a bag instead.
Shoe QC photos worth asking for
Both shoes from the side, so the toe shapes can be compared. The size label inside the tongue or on the box, matching the size you ordered. The midsole edge close up, where glue marks show. The soles, for factory stickers or dirt. If any of those is missing from the free set, ask before you approve; once the parcel has left, fixing a size means an international return.
