Rowbuy freight to American and Canadian addresses, line by line
Two countries, three priced lines, two volume divisors. Everything on this page comes from Rowbuy's public estimator, read on October 22, 2026.
Destinations Rowbuy would price, and the ones it refused
Rowbuy's estimator lives at a public page that needs no login. Its country menu listed eight entries, including the United States twice, and we asked it for a 1 kg and a 3 kg parcel to each. Only the first United States entry and Canada came back with prices. The second United States entry, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom returned every line as filtered out.

Reading the rate rules
Behind each price is a short rule table. The two US lines both charge CNY 135 for the first 500 grams. After that, one adds CNY 39 for every further 500 grams and the other CNY 40. Weight is rounded up to the next 500 grams, so a 1.1 kg parcel is billed as 1.5 kg. The US lines accept parcels from 500 grams.
The Canada line is built differently: a flat CNY 30 per parcel plus CNY 7.10 for every 100 grams, rounded up in 100 gram steps, from 100 grams to 30 kg. That structure is why Canada wins so clearly on small parcels. A 500 gram parcel costs CNY 65.50 to Canada and CNY 135 to the US.

Box size and two different divisors
Light, bulky parcels are charged on volume weight: multiply the box's three sides in centimeters and split the result by a factor. The US lines use 6000 and the Canada line uses 8000, which makes the same box about a quarter lighter on paper for a Canadian address. A carton 40 cm long, 30 wide and 20 deep counts as 4 kg to the US and 3 kg to Canada.
This is where packing together pays and where packing badly costs. Three small items sent separately to the US pay the CNY 135 first unit three times. On the Canada line, with its CNY 30 per-parcel charge, combining saves much less.

Two US lines, one yuan apart
The estimator shows two US options with almost identical prices and the same 7 to 11 day estimate. It does not explain the difference in English, and the line names appear as internal Chinese labels even on the English site. The estimator also has a product-type menu, which suggests some lines are reserved for certain kinds of goods.
In practice you choose at the moment you submit the parcel, from the lines Rowbuy offers for that parcel's contents. For planning, treat the two as the same price: the gap is CNY 5 on a 3 kg parcel, about 74 cents.
Transit time, peak season and customs
Every priced line quoted 7 to 11 days. A Rowbuy notice adds that windows are estimates that customs clearance and peak-season volume can stretch. One of the template pages under rowbuy.com/blog gives a different figure, 7 to 15 business days for standard shipping, but that page reads like generic shop text and does not match the agent flow, so we go by the estimator.
Duties and import taxes are set by your own country and paid by you, according to Rowbuy's help article on customs. It mentions tax-friendly lines without promising any outcome. This site does not try to summarize US or Canadian import rules, which change and depend on what is in the box; your country's customs agency is the source for those.

If you are outside North America
A Rowbuy help article says it ships worldwide and invites you to ask support about the best option for your country. When we checked, the estimator disagreed for every European country it listed. If you live elsewhere, ask support for a written quote before you pay for any goods, because once items are bought and sitting in the warehouse, a missing line leaves you with nowhere to send them.
